Service Offered
The services of this website StudySSCOnline^TM are meant for the registered users on single user basis. The services would remain available for a particular period of time on making payment of the stipulated fees and on furnishing an undertaking to abide by the terms and conditions for use of services offered. The services are personal in nature and cannot be assigned or transferred to or shared with any other person other than the registered users. It is hereby declared and made known to all USERS that the amount of Fees charged is not including the amount of service tax, if any. The USERS shall be liable to pay the amount of service tax at rates specified by law from time to time as and when the same is made applicable to this website.

By registering as a USER and subscribing to avail the services of this website StudySSCOnline^TM it will be deemed that the USER have read, understood and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions for the use of services offered by the website.

The right to use the services offered by the website StudySSCOnline^TM is on revocable license / permission basis as per the terms and conditions contained herein. Except availing of the services during the license period, the registered users shall not have any right or title over the website or its contents.

User Obligations
In consideration of use of the services, the USER agree to: provide correct, precise, up to date and complete information about yourself as required by the service's registration form wherever necessary; and maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

If any of the information provided by the USER is untrue, inaccurate, not up to date or incomplete, or StudySSCOnline^TM has reason to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, StudySSCOnline^TM has the right to suspend or terminate USER’s account and refuse any and all current or future use of the services (or any portion thereof).

If a USER is directly subscribing as a user of this website, the USER represent and warrant that he is at least 18 years of age and that he possess the legal right and capacity to enter into a contract for use of the services of StudySSCOnline^TM in accordance with the stated terms and usage policies. In cases, where a minor below the age of 18 years of age, wants to use this website, such a user shall duly register himself through any of his parent or a natural/legal guardian and such a parent or natural/legal guardian hereby agree to accordingly register and supervise usage by, and be responsible for the action of any such minors who use the computer and/or password to access the StudySSCOnline^TM . The Parent or natural/legal guardian shall enter into this agreement on behalf of such minor, and bind himself/herself in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.

Agreement
The USER agree and are hereby put on notice, that he is prohibited from posting or transmitting to this website, any content/material that is unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic or that in any manner violate or infringe the proprietary rights, intellectual property rights or any right or privacy of third party whatsoever and/or that violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; and/or that contain viruses or other similar harmful or threatening deleterious programming routines. Any USER violating this provision will be prosecuted apart from termination of his right to use the services. StudySSCOnline^TM may at liberty also take other legal recourse available to it.

Software that is made available to download from the StudySSCOnline^TM site, is the copyrighted work of the software provider. Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user License Agreement.

StudySSCOnline^TM reserves the right, on its sole discretion, to terminate or refuse all or part of its services, for any reason without notice to any of the USERS.

This Agreement shall be governed by the Laws in India and in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of StudySSCOnline^TM , and the USER hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Mumbai, India (only).

This Agreement does not in any manner create any relationship whatsoever as between the USER and the StudySSCOnline^TM, either as a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship. Performance of this agreement by StudySSCOnline^TM is subject to existing laws and legal processes in India, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of the rights of StudySSCOnline^TM to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to USER’S use of StudySSCOnline^TM or information provided to or gathered by StudySSCOnline^TM with respect to such use.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this Agreement constitutes a complete agreement between the USER and StudySSCOnline^TM with respect to the StudySSCOnline^TM and it supersedes all prior communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and StudySSCOnline^TM with respect to the StudySSCOnline^TM website.

Refund Policy
USERS should note that Packages once subscribed cannot be cancelled and no refund to that effect could be made. Since StudySSCOnline^TM is offering non-tangible irrevocable services it does not grant refunds once the package is subscribed. As a customer, the USER is responsible for understanding the terms and conditions of the use of services offered by this website and be aware that in no circumstances a refund of fees paid shall be granted.
